What We Stand For

Access

The right relationships can change the trajectory of a career. We create meaningful proximity to leaders, insights, and opportunities across the beauty ecosystem.

Candor

We make room for the conversations that professional spaces often avoid—from compensation and advancement to ambition, reinvention, and power

Expansion

We support leaders in growing beyond a single title or traditional path—expanding their influence, income, visibility, and range of possibilities.

Our Founder

Building the infrastructure the industry was missing.

Lydia, founder of Boardroom Beauty, in a coral suit at her laptop

After nearly a decade working across media, technology, and brand marketing—including roles at Google, Haus Labs, and Sienna Naturals—Lydia saw no shortage of talent within the industry. What was missing was the infrastructure to connect that talent to one another, elevate its influence, and create more pathways for professional growth.

While earning her MBA at Columbia Business School, Lydia expanded Boardroom Beauty from a podcast into a multifaceted leadership platform encompassing executive access, industry insight, mentorship, community, and thought leadership.

Today, she is building Boardroom Beauty™ as a space where established and emerging leaders can deepen their relationships, broaden their visibility, and expand what is possible for their careers—and for the industry as a whole.
